Florida Woman Faces Felony Animal Cruelty Charges After Allegedly Burying 4 Kittens Alive: ‘She Didn’t Want Black Or Brown Cats In Her Home, Believing They Were Demons’

Florida’s Martin County Sheriff’s Office recently arrested a woman on multiple felony charges, accusing her of killing 4 kittens, burying 2 alive, because she believed they were “demonic.” Last Thursday (October 8), police arrested 37-year-old Alba Chavez. They charged her with four felony counts of aggravated animal cruelty involving torture, inflicting pain, serious injury or death to an animal.
