Before Hollywood, sitcom fame, blockbuster movies, and global celebrity, there were house parties in West Philadelphia. Two teenagers were trying to turn a local Hip Hop partnership into something much bigger. That stretch of Will Smith and DJ Jazzy Jeff’s history is now headed toward television with 215, a scripted series inspired by the duo’s rise.
