Week 9 fantasy quarterback rankings: Top QB streamers, starts

While it may not rise to the status of "never get involved in a land war in Asia," the fantasy football equivalent − never get into a shootout with Joe Burrow − rings just as true. Burrow threw for five touchdowns on Sunday and scored the game-winner himself on a 9-yard run in overtime as the Cincinnati Bengals outlasted the Tennessee Titans. Joe Cool has been red-hot the last three weeks, with 13 total touchdown passes (to go along with that rushing TD).
