Vice President Of Detroit Funeral Home Dies Days After Family Discovered Wrong Body In Late Mother’s Casket

The vice president of a Detroit funeral home has died just days after a family alleged that their loved one was mistakenly cremated. Joseph Hutchison Jr., vice president of operations at Hutchison Funeral Home, was found dead Thursday, Sept. 24, according to a public relations representative for the funeral home.
