UPDATE: South Carolina Police Close Investigation Into Hayden Panettiere’s Death After Accidental Overdose Ruling

Hayden Panettiere died in an accidental manner and no one will be charged in her passing. That’s the official word coming out of South Carolina this week, as police have closed the investigation into the Hollywood star’s death. As previously reported, the medical examiner ruled her death an accidental overdose last month.
