Takeoff’s Estate Wants Sexual Assault Lawsuit Dismissed Over Alleged Destruction Of Evidence

The estate of Takeoff is currently dealing with a few legal matters on their hands, including the division of the settlement money from his wrongful death lawsuit. In addition, they continue to combat a civil sexual assault case from 2020 from an anonymous woman who claims he sexually assaulted her at an Encino house party that year. According to MyNewsLA, the estate has asked the judge in the case to dismiss the lawsuit due to the plaintiff allegedly destroying key evidence.
