Takeoff Estate Seeks Dismissal

Takeoff ‘s mother, Titiana Davenport, and estate sought dismissal of his rape accuser’s lawsuit over alleged text deletions after she sued, MyNewsLA reported. Their October 27 motion cited her October 14 deposition. The woman, identified in court as Jane Doe, sued the Migos rapper in Los Angeles Superior Court on August 5, 2020.
