Rapper ColdheartedAC Busted In $8.1 Million Stolen Check Scheme

ColdheartedAC got arrested Wednesday after federal agents caught him sitting on a mountain of stolen checks worth over eight million dollars. The 31-year-old Quartz Hill rapper, whose real name is Ada William Obayuwana, was charged with nine counts of bank fraud alongside two co-defendants in what prosecutors are calling a sophisticated check-cashing operation that spanned across Southern California. He’s facing serious federal time if convicted, and right now he’s locked up waiting for his next court date.
