Pretty Ricky ’s Spectacular Smith, 40, is facing a sexual assault and battery lawsuit as an Arizona woman sues him, alleging he choked her during sex and also filmed the alleged encounter without her consent. She said things all began when Smith allegedly slid in her Instagram DMs on or around October 23, 2025.
