Spectacular Smith from Pretty Ricky is facing serious legal trouble after an Arizona woman filed a lawsuit alleging sexual assault and battery. The complaint centers on an Instagram interaction that allegedly turned predatory, with the woman claiming the R&B artist used social media to gain her trust before meeting in person. According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Alexis Dieng filed the complaint in August 2026, alleging that Smith first contacted her on Instagram back in October 2025 asking for restaurant recommendations.
