Outkast Legend André 3000 Lands “Scooby-Doo: Origins” Role

André 3000 is stepping back into the Scooby-Doo universe after more than two decades, and this time he’s bringing serious acting credentials to the mystery-solving crew. Netflix’s upcoming live-action reimagining of the beloved cartoon, titled Scooby-Doo: Origins, has locked in the Outkast legend for a recurring role alongside Oscar-nominated actress Cathy Moriarty, who’s known for her work in Raging Bull and the 1998 film Casper. The series is currently filming in Atlanta and set to drop globally in 2027.
