No Motions Have Been Filed Yet For Lil Durk’s Federal Trial In October

Lil Durk was recently found not guilty on all counts in his murder-for-hire case, and he has another federal trial to face on October 5, which is its current start date at press time. The upcoming proceedings are based on prosecutors’ accusations that he financed murder in aid of racketeering (commonly known as a VICAR charge) and provided alleged perpetrators with higher standings in his collective and group. Concerning the upcoming trial, journalist Michael Blackshire reported that, as of yesterday afternoon (Thursday, September 17), no motions have appeared to develop it or change its schedule.
