MO3 Assassin Files Appeal Of Capital Murder Conviction

Yella Beezy and MO3’s beef started years before a fatal ambush on Interstate 35, and now that the man accused of pulling the trigger has filed an appeal in his capital murder conviction, the entire case is back in the spotlight. Kewon White was sentenced to life without parole after a jury found him guilty of killing MO3 in November 2020, but his legal team is arguing that he deserves another shot at trial. White’s appeal is now in motion, and his legal team argues he couldn’t afford the trial transcript, which won’t be ready until January 2027.
