Lindsay Clancy Returns To Court For Her Retrial Hearing — Her Attorney Questions Where’s The Evidence Proving That She K*lled Her Children

Lindsay Clancy’s legal strategy is taking a dramatic turn following the mistrial in her murder case. During a hearing Tuesday, defense attorney Kevin Reddington told Judge William Sullivan that Clancy never admitted to killing her three children and argued that the evidence does not prove she was responsible for their deaths. That marks a major shift from the trial, when her attorneys argued that postpartum psychosis left her unable to be held criminally responsible.
