Lil Wayne Concert Derailed Three Hours Before Showtime

Lil Wayne had to put his Charleston fans on hold Friday after weather and travel delays derailed his concert just hours before showtime. The Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center postponed the October 16 stop on his “20 Years Of Carter Classics” tour. The West Virginia venue had scheduled doors for 7 P.M.
