Kyle Shanahan: Mike Evans' hip injury is not serious

49ers wide receiver Mike Evans left Sunday's game in the second half. The 49ers listed him as questionable to return with a hip injury, but Evans didn't return. Coach Kyle Shanahan said Evans' removal was precautionary, and he could have returned.
