Judge Dismisses Criminal Charges Against Kodak Black After Being Accused Of Fleeing From Police

Kodak Black has scored a major legal victory. A Broward County judge has officially dismissed the criminal charges against the rapper, whose legal name is Bill Kapri, following a traffic stop that occurred last February. The charges stemmed from a February 27 incident where deputies alleged that Kapri had fled and resisted arrest after being ordered to stop.
