Judge Denies Rick Ross’ Request For Expedited Release: “I Have No Idea Who You Are”

Rick Ross turned himself in to police on Thursday morning in Miami-Dade County. He has been charged with felony battery by strangulation and misdemeanor battery. The artist has already pleaded not guilty to both charges.
