Jay-Z ‘s former accuser is no longer a defendant in his case against Tony Buzbee, but a New York judge will hear the fight over her reversal on claims that the rap mogul sexually assaulted her with Diddy. U.S. District Judge Dale Ho set a December 11 hearing for bids to dismiss Jay-Z’s lawsuit against Tony Buzbee, cut parts of his complaint and remove Jane Doe’s sworn statement.
