Jay-Z Honors Nipsey Hussle With Special Tribute At SoFi Stadium

The most distinctly Los Angeles moment of Jay-Z ’s Friday night concert came courtesy of Nipsey Hussle. During his first of two performances at SoFi Stadium on October 23, the Brooklyn rapper incorporated two of Nipsey’s records into his set, paying tribute to the late Crenshaw native in front of an Inglewood crowd. While performing “Hard Knock Life (Ghetto Anthem),” Jay-Z blended in elements of Nipsey’s “Hussle & Motivate” as the late rapper’s image appeared on the stadium screens.
