Jalen Brunson Makes His ‘SVU’ Debut As Detective Jay Madison

Jalen Brunson finally got his Law & Order: Special Victims Unit moment, and the New York Knicks captain did more than walk through the frame. He played Detective Jay Madison, an off-duty cop whose memory helped Captain Olivia Benson break open the episode’s central case. The cameo aired November 5 in Season 28’s fifth episode, “Forsaken.” NBC had announced Brunson’s guest spot in September but kept his role under wraps.
