Icewear Vezzo Expands Detroit Portfolio With Shadow Gallery Building

Icewear Vezzo is expanding his Detroit business portfolio after announcing that he and business partner Prevail now own the entire building that houses The Shadow Gallery in Eastern Market. The deal goes beyond taking a stake in the venue’s operation. Vezzo and Prevail said their ownership covers the full property, which contains several entertainment and event spaces at 1533 Winder Street.
