ICE Raises Fears Of Abuse With $20 Million Dollar Electric Gloves

ICE officers could soon carry electric shock technology directly on their hands as the agency expands immigration enforcement under President Donald Trump. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement plans to spend between $10 million and $20 million on specialized gloves capable of delivering painful electrical shocks to people resisting officers.
