Hayden Panettiere Died After Taking Oxycodone Laced With Fentanyl, Sources Say

As we previously reported, actress Hayden Panettiere passed away last month in Greenville, South Carolina at just 36 years old, and now new details are coming out about how she really died. According to law enforcement sources who spoke with TMZ, Hayden took a single oxycodone pill that had been secretly laced with fentanyl, and that one pill is what reportedly ended her life.
