Halle Berry Responds To Photo That’s Being Used By Her Ex To Claim That She Strangled Their Son — Says The Photo Doesn’t Prove That She Did Anything Wrong

Halle Berry is pushing back against Olivier Martinez’s claims that a photo taken by their 13-year-old son supports allegations of abuse. In new court documents obtained by TMZ, Berry argues that the image shows her standing calmly with her hands in her pockets several feet away from Maceo. She says the photo does not show any bruises, redness, or injuries that would support Martinez’s allegation that she strangled their son.
