Halle Berry Hit With Temporary Restraining Order In Custody Fight

An emergency filing from Olivier Martinez has put new restrictions on Halle Berry’s contact with their 12-year-old son, Maceo. A judge granted Martinez a temporary restraining order Thursday (Oct. 1) after he accused Berry of physically attacking the child during a September 26 confrontation.
