Halle Berry is denying her ex-husband Olivier Martinez ’s allegations as a judge grants him a temporary restraining order and temporary custody of their 12-year-old son. According to TMZ, Martinez claimed Berry jumped on their son, put her hands around his neck, and choked him during an alleged incident on Saturday (September 26).
