Halle Berry defeated ex-husband Olivier Martinez’s restraining-order request in Los Angeles on Thursday, October 29, according to Page Six. Judge Shelley Kaufman dissolved the temporary order and denied his domestic violence restraining-order request involving their son, Maceo. Berry denied abuse allegations.
