Giants place Tyrone Tracy on IR with hamstring injury

The Giants will be down a running back. GM Joe Schoen revealed in his bye week news conference Tuesday that Tyrone Tracy will be placed on IR from a hamstring injury suffered in the team's Week 7 win over the Texans. The Giants have signed Gregory Desrosiers off of the Chargers practice squad to take Tracy's spot on the active roster.
