Gervonta Davis Settles Civil Lawsuit Over Strip Club Allegations

Gervonta “Tank” Davis has settled the civil lawsuit filed by his former girlfriend over an alleged October 2025 confrontation at a Miami Gardens strip club. Courtney Rossel voluntarily dismissed all of her claims with prejudice Thursday in Miami-Dade County. Her attorney, Richard Wolfe, confirmed the settlement to USA Today and said the “terms of the settlement are confidential.” The dismissal prevents Rossel from refiling the same civil claims.
