Floyd Mayweather Pulls Plug On $175 Million Legal Fight

Floyd Mayweather just pulled the plug on his massive $175 million fraud case, and the timing couldn’t be more interesting given everything else he’s got going on. The undefeated boxing icon filed the lawsuit back in May against his former business associates Jona Rechnitz, Ayal Frist, Alexander Seligson, and Frist Apex Ventures, claiming they’d systematically drained his accounts through a coordinated scheme. He alleged they’d misappropriated real estate proceeds, pledged nearly $100 million in jewelry to Miami jewelers for just $13 million, and somehow managed to make his private jet disappear without him knowing who bought it or where the money went.
