Famous Dex left his ex-girlfriend Pam Rodriguez hospitalized with injuries so severe that emergency room doctors had to treat her face, eyes, and neck. The reality star influencer is now sharing graphic photos of the damage, and the details paint a picture of violence that goes way beyond a typical domestic dispute.
