EXCLUSIVE: Big U Case: Feds Cite Vandalized Witness Home & “Rat” Graffiti As Reason To Speed Up Trial

Big U faces a prosecution warning about witness safety after a cooperator’s home was burglarized and vandalized with “rat” graffiti. Federal prosecutors described the attack in their October 26 opposition to moving the case from February 16 to October 19, 2027. The home attack had already been cited in April, and prosecutors raised it again to explain their concerns about witness safety.
