Ex-CIA Official Pleads Guilty After Faking a Secret Program to Steal $194 Million

A former CIA official pleaded guilty on Tuesday after admitting he created a fake classified program to move almost $200 million in government funds to buy mansions and gold. In May, authorities found $40 million in gold bars at his home. CBS News reports that David Rush pleaded guilty to one count of wire fraud in a federal court in Virginia.
