Drake “Janice STFU” Lawsuit: Songwriter’s Original Demo Officially Released Online

Late last week, we reported on a lawsuit involving Drake and his number-one smash, “Janice STFU.” Songwriter Avi Hirschfield claims he wrote the song’s hook and that the Canadian megastar allegedly stole it after receiving the demo. As the story goes, Hirschfield found an FnZ beat. FnZ is the producer duo behind “Janice STFU,” and back in January of 2026, all they had was the melody without any drums.
