Diddy Head Injury Details Revealed After Bunk Bed Incident

Sean “Diddy” Combs reportedly hit his head on the bunk above him before the medical trip that took him out of Fort Dix. An unnamed source told Page Six that the collision led to his hospital visit and that he was doing better. The account offered a cause for the head injury that remained unexplained when AllHipHop first covered his trip out of prison.
