Could Prosecutors Use Gene Deal To Build A Tupac Case Around Diddy?

Diddy may not be on trial for Tupac Shakur’s murder, but his name sure comes up a lot in the Keffe D case. And I have a question. Are prosecutors simply trying Duane “ Keffe D ” Davis, or are they quietly assembling pieces that could eventually point somewhere much bigger?
