Chili’s Customers Suffer Chemical Burns After Margaritas Made With Cleaning Product

A Chili’s Bar & Grill restaurant is under investigation after an employee reportedly served three customers margaritas that mistakenly contained cleaning products. According to KHOU 11, the incident occurred at the Forest City location in North Carolina on Wednesday, October 28. Health officials said that customers suffered chemical burns after drinking the margaritas, and two other employees also experienced symptoms after exposure.
