Chiefs vs. Broncos odds: Chiefs open as 1.5-point favorites against division rivals

The Chiefs (5-1) currently lead the AFC West, with the Broncos (5-2) in second. This is the second matchup for the clubs, after the Chiefs beat the Broncos 31-10 in Week 1 at Arrowhead Stadium.
