Aviel Hirschfield Withdraws Drake “Janice STFU” Copyright Lawsuit

Ten days ago, a songwriter by the name of Aviel Hirschfield filed a copyright lawsuit, accusing Drake of stealing the hook to “Janice STFU.” Hirschfield claims he found the original beat from FnZ, then wrote a song to it. Subsequently, Hirschfield alleged that the song was sent back to FnZ, who then gave it to Drake, who then plagiarized the hook. Drake’s team was quick to deny the allegations.
