Angry Jews Want Macklemore Tossed From Ed Sheeran Tour Over Rapper’s Support For Palestine

Macklemore took the stage at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey this past weekend and made his political stance on Palestine impossible to ignore. He shouted “Free Palestine” while wearing a keffiyeh and performed his pro-Palestinian anthem “Hind’s Hall” in front of tens of thousands of Ed Sheeran concertgoers. The Israeli-American Council immediately launched a petition demanding that Sheeran’s management remove the rapper from the remainder of the tour, arguing that a concert venue isn’t the place for what they characterized as one-sided political messaging.
